1. Access and Use

The Suite is delivered via invite-only scripts on TradingView and includes the Dragon Eye Dashboard, Dragon Eye Precision Indicator, and Dragon Eye Money Indicators. Access is granted after payment and approval. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Dragon Eye Trading LLC reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Suite, including the code, visual design, Pulse markers, MZR lines, Dragon Eye Scores (Current and Overall), Matrix Zone Rays, OHLC V display with color logic, Money Strength Indicator, Dragon Eye Price Wave Lines, and any other components, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dragon Eye Trading LLC. Visual outputs of the Suite are also protected. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, extract logic from, or create derivative works based on the Suite.

No public sharing: These indicators are for personal use only. Screenshots, recordings, or public displays (videos, streams, posts) of the Suite, including any dashboard elements, Pulse markers, MZR lines, Dragon Eye Scores, Matrix Zone Rays, OHLC V display, Money Strength Indicator, Dragon Eye Price Wave Lines, or other visual outputs, require prior written approval from Dragon Eye Trading LLC. Unauthorized use may lead to immediate access revocation.

You may not share, resell, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the Suite or any part of it.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are:

Prices are locked forever on TradingView—no increases, even with upgrades. Payments are processed securely.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or cannot be processed (including due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or other billing issues), Stripe will notify you directly. You are responsible for updating your payment method in Stripe.

Access to the Suite will be suspended until payment is successfully received. If the issue is not resolved, access will be revoked and you will need to resubscribe.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if requested within three (3) days of access for monthly plans, or within seven (7) days of access for annual plans.

All refunds are subject to a flat processing fee of $5 (monthly) or $20 (annual) to cover transaction costs.

No refunds will be issued after the applicable window expires. No questions asked.

3. Privacy and Contact Information

We collect your TradingView username/ID to grant you access to the Suite. Your email address is collected solely as a backup contact method in the event there is an issue with your TradingView ID or we are unable to successfully deliver your access.

We will only use your email to resolve subscription or access-related problems. We do not sell, rent, or use your email for marketing or any other purpose.

4. No Investment Advice

The Suite provides analytical tools for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset.

All signals, indicators, and data are educational; you alone decide how to use them. Trading involves substantial risk of loss—you are fully responsible for your decisions and any losses incurred.

5. Risk Warnings

Trading carries a high risk of loss, including the potential loss of all capital. Markets are volatile; past performance is not indicative of future results.

The Suite may experience delays, errors, or outages. Use at your own risk. We provide no guarantees of accuracy, profits, or specific results. Consult qualified professionals before making any trading decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Suite is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, completeness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Eye Trading LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Suite, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Eye Trading LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Suite, violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

9. Termination and Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Stripe billing portal.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Dragon Eye Trading Suite will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued outside of the initial refund window.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and International Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Users outside the United States acknowledge that they are accessing the Suite from another jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. We make no representation that the Suite complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States.

12. Force Majeure

Dragon Eye Trading LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or TradingView outages, or governmental actions.
